Systems thinking
See the dependencies behind the dashboard: what creates demand, where it is lost and who owns the next move.
Meet Vitalii Yatsura, a software engineer and growth systems architect bringing operational discipline to marketing, conversion and automation.

Since 2013, I have worked at the intersection of software engineering, operations and field management: environments where clear thinking has to become dependable execution. That path shaped how I diagnose growth—not as a collection of channels, but as a living system of decisions, data, people and handoffs.
My experience spans work connected to organizations and platforms including Tesla, Hyundai and Capgemini, alongside the practical operating work that makes systems useful under pressure. It built flexibility, pattern recognition and the ability to move between technical detail, commercial priorities and real-world constraints without losing the outcome.
Today, I bring that perspective to AI systems architecture: designing the orchestration between acquisition, conversion, CRM, automation and human judgment so a business can respond faster, learn more clearly and scale with control.
See the dependencies behind the dashboard: what creates demand, where it is lost and who owns the next move.
Use AI as an operating layer that connects context, workflows and people—not as a disconnected novelty.
Move comfortably from product logic and automation to customer experience, field reality and revenue operations.
The person framing the system stays close to the decisions that determine whether it actually performs.
“Clients should know who is thinking about the problem, who is building the solution and who owns the result.”
That direct line is a feature of the studio model.
